Individuals undertaking Counterweight Plus receive:

  • Consultations from a trained Counterweight Practitioner
  • Support them in achieving weight loss and weight loss maintenance
This programme is an ideal tier between the Counterweight Programme and bariatric surgery. In some cases Counterweight Plus can replace the need for weight loss surgery. Significant opportunities exist for Counterweight Plus through the NHS, Freelance Dietitians and Private Healthcare.
