Areas that have commissioned Counterweight

In 2006 Counterweight was offered to three Health Boards in Scotland as part of Keep Well, an anticipatory care initiative being delivered in areas of high deprivation. In 2008, the Scottish Government announced that Counterweight was to be made available to all remaining Health Boards.
