  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 25g (1¼ tbsp) peanut butter
  • 1 small banana
  • cinnamon, to taste
 
Method
  1. Toast bread to the desired level of toastiness
  2. Add peanut butter
  3. Slice banana and distribute evenly on toast
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve
