Peanut butter and blueberry porridge

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 30g raw oats
- 250ml milk of choice (we use semi-skimmed)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp (20g) peanut butter
- 75g (½ cup) blueberries
Method
Step 1: Oats
- The night before - add oats, milk, vanilla essence and cinnamon to a bowl and mix to combine
- Place in the fridge overnight
Step 2: Blueberries
- The next day take frozen blueberries and add them to a small pot on medium heat
- Heat for approximately 3 - 4 minutes until you see a juice begin to develop in the pot. Once this happens - remove from heat
Step 3: Putting it all together
- Warm-up overnight oats in microwave on high for approximately 1 minute (or you can eat them cold if you prefer!)
- Add blueberries with the juice created
- Add peanut butter and EAT!
