Ingredients (Serves 1)
  • 30g raw oats
  • 250ml milk of choice (we use semi-skimmed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp (20g) peanut butter
  • 75g (½ cup) blueberries

Method
Step 1: Oats
  1. The night before - add oats, milk, vanilla essence and cinnamon to a bowl and mix to combine
  2. Place in the fridge overnight

Step 2: Blueberries
  1. The next day take frozen blueberries and add them to a small pot on medium heat
  2. Heat for approximately 3 - 4 minutes until you see a juice begin to develop in the pot. Once this happens - remove from heat

Step 3: Putting it all together
  1. Warm-up overnight oats in microwave on high for approximately 1 minute (or you can eat them cold if you prefer!)
  2. Add blueberries with the juice created
  3. Add peanut butter and EAT!
