This document is intended to be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions as well as our refunds and returns policy. The outline of this document is to guide users
where Counterweight ships to, at what cost, and in what timeframe.

Shipping Information: Standard (3-5 business days)

Once your order has been fulfilled, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.
Please note that fulfillments is indicated as the date at which your order leaves any of
our warehouse facilities for delivery to you.

United Kingdom Mainland (excluding London & Scottish Highlands) (Zones A & B)

Any purchase under 2kg (1-2 boxes of sachets) will incur a £3.99 shipping cost on
checkout. Any purchase between 2-5kg (3-5 boxes of sachets) will incur a £4.99
shipping cost on checkout. Any larger purchase will incur no shipping costs.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man (Zone D)

Any purchase will incur a £12.99 shipping cost on checkout, regardless of the number
of products purchased.

Scottish Islands (Zone D)

Any purchase will incur a £12.99 shipping cost on checkout, regardless of the number
of products purchased.

Scottish Highlands (Zone C)

Any purchase under 2kg (1-2 boxes) will incur a £3.99 shipping cost on checkout. Any
purchase between 2-5kg (3-5 boxes of sachets) will incur a £9.99 shipping cost on
checkout. Any larger purchase will incur no shipping costs.

Shipping Information: Express (1-2 business days)

Due to courier limitations, this option is only available to certain postcodes. Once your
order has been fulfilled, you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days, but can
sometimes take longer. Please note that fulfillments is indicated as the date at which
your order leaves any of our warehouse facilities for delivery to you.

United Kingdom Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & London) Express Shipping

Any purchase between 0-5kg (less than 6 boxes of sachets) will incur a £7.99 express
shipping cost on checkout. Any larger purchase will incur a £2.99 express shipping cost on checkout.

United Kingdom (London) Express Shipping

Any purchase between 0-2kg (less than 6 boxes of sachets) will incur a £7.99 express
shipping cost on checkout. Any purchase between 2-5kg (3-5 boxes of sachets) will
incur a £9.99 express shipping cost on checkout. Any larger purchase will incur a £5.99 express shipping cost on checkout.
