Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 25g (1¼ tbsp) peanut butter
- 1 small banana
- cinnamon, to taste
Method
- Toast bread to the desired level of toastiness
- Add peanut butter
- Slice banana and distribute evenly on toast
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve
