Ingredients (Serves 1)
  • 1x small chicken breast (100g)
  • Olive Oil Spray (1-second spray)
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 80g peppers (red/green/yellow)
  • 80g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

 

Method
Step 1: Chicken breast
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180o C
  2. Using a chopping board take a chicken breast and slice it into strips
  3. Place a non-stick pan on the stove, spray oil spray for 1 second, add chicken and bring to medium heat
  4. Add garlic, mixed herbs and smoked paprika to chicken and sauté
  5. Once the chicken is cooked (approximately 5 minutes), remove from heat and place to the side
Step 2: Vegetables & Cheese
  1. Prepare a separate chopping board or wash and use the one previously used for the chicken
  2. Slice peppers and cut baby tomatoes into halves
  3. Grate mozzarella cheese
Step 3: Pizza preparation and cooking
  1. Place tortilla wrap on a baking tray
  2. Spread tomato puree over the tortilla wrap
  3. Add cooked chicken strips evenly
  4. Add sliced peppers and baby tomatoes evenly
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top
  6. Place prepared pizza in the oven and cook for approximately 5 - 8 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and tortilla wrap starts to brown
