Smoked paprika quorn and veggie pizza wrap

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 100g Quorn Chicken pieces
- 80g peppers (red/green/yellow)
- 70g (½ cup) cherry tomatoes
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 40 (1 small wrap) whole wheat tortilla wrap
- 24g (1 tbsp) tomato sauce
- Olive Oil Spray (1-second spray)
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
Method
Step 1: Quorn chicken
- Start by preheating the oven to 180o C
- Using a chopping board take a chicken breast and slice it into strips
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove, spray oil spray for 1 second, add chicken and bring to medium heat
- Add garlic, mixed herbs and smoked paprika to chicken and sauté
- Once Quorn chicken is cooked (approximately 5 minutes), remove from heat and place to the side
Step 2: Vegetables
- Prepare a separate chopping board or wash and use the one previously used for the chicken
- Slice peppers into slivers
- Slice baby tomatoes into halves
- Place it to the side for use in the next step
Step 3: Pizza preparation and cooking
- Grate mozzarella cheese and place to the side
- Place tortilla wrap on a baking tray
- Take tomato sauce and spread over the tortilla wrap
- Add grated cheese evenly
- Add cooked chicken strips evenly
- Add sliced peppers and baby tomatoes evenly
- Place prepared pizza in the oven and cook for approximately 5 - 8 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and tortilla wrap starts to brown
