A fibre supplement to use alongside your Counterweight programme meals and increase your daily fibre intake. We recommend mixing 1 heaped teaspoon (3.5g) into a glass of water (350ml), mix well and consume immediately. Have this twice a day, morning and evening.
Serving suggestion: This product works really well mixing with your shakes, simply add to your shaker with the powder sachet and water. You may need to add more water than you normally would to your shakes in order to keep the consistency you enjoy, as the nature of the psyllium husk is that it will jellify. So be quick when you drink it. Don’t mix with any product you’d consume warm, as this will cause the psyllium husk to gel quicker which may lead to an undesirable texture.
Ingredients: Ground Psyllium husk.
Warning: It is vital that you drink plenty of water when consuming psyllium husk to avoid risk of choking. We would recommend that you do not use psyllium husk if you have any difficulty swallowing or have suffered from oesophageal narrowing. Discontinue use if you experience unwanted side effects, and seek medical advice.
