Spaghetti Bolognese

This healthy Spaghetti Bolognese is a lighter take on the classic. Packed with lean protein, rich tomato flavour and plenty of fibre for a satisfying, low-calorie meal.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 40g pasta
  • 85g 5% lean beef mince, raw
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 tin tomato
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Method

  1. Cook pasta to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, on medium heat, brown beef.
  3. Add tin tomato and herbs.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, top with cheese.
