Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 40g pasta
- 85g 5% lean beef mince, raw
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/3 tin tomato
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Method
- Cook pasta to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, on medium heat, brown beef.
- Add tin tomato and herbs.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, top with cheese.
