Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 medium chicken breast, grilled without skin
  • 125g low fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon english mustard
  • 1/2 stick celery, raw
  • 1/4 red onion, raw
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, raw
  • 1 x low carb wrap

Method

  • In a pan, cook the chicken.
  • In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with yogurt, mustard and chopped vegetables.
  • Dish into a wrap and serve cold.
