Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 4 rye crispbread pieces
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese (reduced fat)
  • 4 slices tomato
  • Black pepper, to taste


Method

  1. Place rye crispbreads on the plate
  2. Divide the two tablespoons of cottage cheese between the four crispbreads
  3. Slice four slices off of tomato, thickness as desired and place a slice on each of the crispbreads
  4. Grind some black pepper on top and enjoy!
