Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 4 rye crispbread pieces
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese (reduced fat)
- 4 slices tomato
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- Place rye crispbreads on the plate
- Divide the two tablespoons of cottage cheese between the four crispbreads
- Slice four slices off of tomato, thickness as desired and place a slice on each of the crispbreads
- Grind some black pepper on top and enjoy!
