Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 rice cakes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (no sugar/salt added)
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Method
  1. Place two rice cakes on a plate
  2. Divide 1 tablespoon of peanut butter between the two rice cakes and spread
  3. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and enjoy!
