Ingredients

  • 10 fresh or frozen berries of your choice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • A handful fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups sparkling water

Method

1. In a mixing glass crush the blackberries, honey, and mint until very well blended.

2. Add the lemon juice and water and stir thoroughly.

3. Strain the mixture into two serving glasses with ice.

4. Top each glass with 1 cup of sparkling water.

5. Garnish with additional berries or mint as desired!
